Biography

REFERENCE STALLION (No longer at stud)

Atributo de United was sired by National Champion 4 year old Fino Colt Maraquero deVitral LaRosa, who has appeared on the Top 10 Sire’s List for five consecutive years. Maraquero is the son of Vitral, and three time world champion, Maraquita la Rosa. Maraquita was a crowd favorite, and she was known for her extremely rapid footfall in the Fino gait. Atributo’s pedigree also includes the bloodline of Patrimonio del Ocho, who was a Classic Fino stallion and prolific sire in Colombia of numerous Mundial and Colombian National Champions.

Atributo’s first offspring have been competing and winning in prominent USA shows. His son, Soberano de United, is 2017 National Champion 5 and 6 year old Fino Stallion. His daughter, Penelope de Gasparilla, is 2015 National Champion Fino AO 3 year old Filly. His daughter, Tradicion de Besilu, is 2017 Reserve National Champion Fino 5 & 6 year old Mare, and 2016 3rd National Champion Fino 4 year old Filly. His son, El Futuro de United, is 2014 3rd National Champion Fino 3 year old Colt. Primera Dama de Besilu and Barcelona de Besilu have already obtained triumphs in USA shows. In Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic youngsters, Gabriella de Victoria and Emblematico de GP are upcoming Fino division stars. We have many young offspring that show extraordinarily well, demonstrating that this breeding stallion has proven himself as an impressive herd sire.

The Besilu Collection is deeply saddened to announce the passing of their Paso Fino horse, Atributo de United, who died suddenly from a lightning strike on May 31, 2018 at age 11. The Besilu Collection is proud to have owned such a remarkable stallion and continues to honor his spirit through the many offspring born at the farm.
